All our products are digital downloads (PSD templates) and are not physically shipped. Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be returned.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once the payment is completed and the download link is provided.
- Please ensure you review the product details carefully before making a purchase.
💸 Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong item or design.
- You don’t have compatible software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) to open or edit the PSD files.
- You expected different content but didn’t read the product description clearly.
✅ When Are Refunds Considered?
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:
- The file is corrupted and cannot be opened or used.
- The file is not as described (major differences from the preview).
- You made duplicate payments by mistake.
